Job summary

MAM Gruppe is seeking an in-house lawyer to support UK-wide commercial and technology matters. The role involves reviewing contracts, managing risk, and supporting the wider legal team. You will travel across the UK and occasionally to Europe, with a flexible hybrid working model.

Fully qualified in law with strong English, prior in-house experience and EPC/Construction law exposure are highly valued for this position.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified lawyer with in-house experience in an international company.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken.
• Experience with EPC contracts and construction law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts incl. construction-type agreements and channel terms.
• Build and maintain contract templates and standard terms.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and shape policies to manage them.
• Manage claims and litigation as needed.
• Support the Legal Management with ad hoc work.
