Qualifications

• Good academic record.
• Extensive knowledge of employment law and experience advising large businesses on employment related matters.
• Transactional support experience.
• Experience with international clients preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks autonomously.
• Advanced drafting skills and legal research ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory and employment-related advice to global clients.
• Support global projects, corporate and M&A matters.
• Assist with restructuring, DEI initiatives, and investigations.
• Advise on senior exits and outsourcing arrangements.
• Collaborate with international colleagues on large global projects.
