PayPal in London seeks an experienced international employment lawyer to support APAC and EMEA regions, delivering strategic advice to HR and business leaders across multiple jurisdictions. You will monitor regulatory developments, manage complex litigation with external counsel, and guide workforce change initiatives while upholding PayPal’s values.

Competenze

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Juris doctorate degree or equivalent
• Experience across multiple APAC/EMEA jurisdictions required
• In-house multinational experience preferred

Mansioni

• Provide strategic employment law advice across APAC and EMEA jurisdictions
• Lead employee litigation and investigations with external counsel
• Advise on workforce changes and restructuring
• Draft and deliver training on employment law for HR and managers
• Partner with People Partners and Employee Relations to ensure compliant outcomes
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance controls
