Qualifications

• 2-4 years of PQE in employment law within a recognised law firm.
• Ability to manage complex matters, own client relationships, and deliver commercially focused solutions.
• Strong technical employment law skills with sound commercial judgement.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills and client development appetite.

Responsibilities

• Lead Employment Tribunal matters from strategy through to resolution, including advocacy at hearings where appropriate.
• Advise HR Directors, General Counsel, Managing Directors, and senior leaders on complex employee relations issues and risk.
• Drive negotiations involving senior executive appointments, departures, restrictive covenants, and team moves.
• Handle employment aspects of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, ensuring practical and protective advice.
