• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 5+ years in electrical hardware design or standards development.
• Deep knowledge of NFPA, UL, IEC electrical codes and global safety standards.
• Proven leadership and ability to align cross-functional teams globally.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains global electrical design standards, libraries, and templates.
• Defines BOM structures, naming conventions, and documentation for consistency.
• Ensures compliance with IEC, UL, CE, NFPA and regional electrical codes.
• Drives adoption of standards through guidance, training, and collaboration.
