Job summary

NBCUniversal has an opportunity for an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to support the EHS Management System across the Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and APAC regions. The role focuses on admin tasks, stakeholder engagement, and promoting health and safety across the business.

Key duties include data management, training coordination, and collaboration with regional teams. Strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of EHS software are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage data in EHS statistics, events, reports, and Labour hours in Benchmark ESG (Gensuite).
• Collaborate with sites to close out corrective actions from EHS audits.
• Monitor and update Gensuite (closure tracking for ATS, calendar).
• Support regional EHS Managers and Facilities to close open issues/requests.
• Oversee Ergonomic Assessment Program, coordinate with external consultant, and track notes.
