Job summary

Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) is recruiting an International Manager for a full-time fixed-term contract running until December 2028. Based in London with hybrid working arrangements, the role will support the continued development of the Evidence for Education Network (EEN) and strengthen international collaboration across the education sector.

The role combines partnership development, communication, programme coordination, and evaluation responsibilities within an independent charity

Qualifications

• Experience in education, government, development, or charity sectors.
• Knowledge of research and evaluation methodologies in education.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing the Evidence for Education Network (EEN).
• Strengthening the global presence of the EEN.
• Supporting international knowledge exchange activities.
• Managing external communications.
• Developing international partnerships.
• Facilitating collaboration and peer learning.
• Designing convenings and fellowship programmes.
• Representing the EEN at conferences and forums.
• Supporting advocacy and fundraising activities.
• Managing budgets and evaluation activities.
