Job summary

Worldpay is seeking an Ecommerce Activation Support Representative to join our global payments team. You will assist merchants and partners in launching and optimizing payment solutions, ensuring smooth onboarding from implementation to live processing.

You will work with internal teams and customers to deliver excellent service, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements in activation and onboarding for ecommerce merchants worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical or client-facing support roles within payments, fintech, ecommerce or tech.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with clear communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, able to manage workload, meet commitments and deliver high-quality service.
• Curiosity for learning about ecommerce payments and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support for ecommerce payment solutions and help clients resolve processing issues quickly.
• Own support cases from review to resolution with clear communication and documentation.
• Analyze transaction flows and payment responses to identify root causes and drive fixes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Implementations, Relationship Management to manage escalations.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve processes and client experience.
