What you will be doing:
You will be leveraging data insights from Google Analytics 4 (GA4), heatmaps, and user analytics to identify areas for improvement in Ecommerce user journeys and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate reporting for the ecommerce teams, gathering insights long term and short term to improve conversion rates, average order value and revenue.
Responsible for contributing and validating a comprehensive roadmap for website functionality and collaborating with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement in our digital user experience which will ultimately drive ecommerce commercial results. You will be collaborating with our international offices to guide best practices and supporting ongoing optimisation of our websites for multiple departments that contribute to our user experience.
Additionally, the role requires ownership of GA4 analytics implementation, serving as the main contact for Ecommerce GA4-related queries, and ensuring precise and reliable data collection. Dashboard development and reporting are crucial aspects, involving the construction and maintenance of actionable insight dashboards, aligning with Ecommerce goals, and facilitating well-informed decision-making across our team.
Who you are:
Proven track record in a similar Ecommerce Analyst role, clear understanding of all core digital and ecommerce KPIs that drive growth
Deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4 with successful implementation and optimisation.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into actionable insights, in line with the function and organisations business strategy.
Experience in conducting A/B testing and utilizing results to shape digital strategies.
Proficiency in data visualisation tools and the creation of dashboards, specifically powerBI, in partnership with data and analytics teams.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Background in growing premium Brands through analytics.
Systems and Essentials
Essential: Google Analytics and other analytics software
Essential: Experience working with A/B testing platforms
Essential: Knowledge of querying and transforming data using SQL
Preferred : Familiarity with cloud based analytical platforms such as Databricks
Familiarity with SaaS ecommerce platforms
