Job summary

Karndean Designflooring LTD is seeking a Global Project Manager to drive the customer-side delivery of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementation across regions. You will manage integrated plans, monitor milestones, risks, costs and dependencies, and ensure accountability for successful deployment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with partners, and govern the programme using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large-scale global technology transformation programmes.
• Proven experience leading customer-side delivery in partnership with third-party suppliers and system integrators.
• Strong governance, planning, reporting and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the global Dynamics 365 CE deployment across regions.
• Develop and manage programme plans, milestones, dependencies, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate with Karndean and partners to ensure commitments are met and outcomes are achieved.
• Facilitate governance forums, workshops, and stakeholder updates to drive decisions and accountability.
