Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking a PM for a global divestment programme within the Separation Management Office. The role focuses on the separation of two parts of the business, driving governance, milestones and delivery at a global level, in a hands-on capacity.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex workstreams, ensure compliance with NDA constraints, and deliver on time and within budget in a hybrid London-based environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as PM in global divestment programmes.
• Experience managing separation aspects of divestment programmes.
• Own PM methodology implementation, change control, and stage gating.
• Led divestment, carve-out or JV programmes.
• Continuous improvement mindset to simplify and improve delivery.
• Experience with major organisational change across sales, portfolio, operations, finance, HR and legal.
• Experience operating in confidential environments, including NDA.
• Strong governance, planning and delivery discipline.
• Strong commercial acumen and budget delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Resolve delivery risks related to resources, budget, scope or stakeholders.

• Establish governance, reporting and communications for stakeholders.
• Set expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams across local and global groups.
• Manage suppliers and delivery partners with clear roles and metrics.
• Identify dependencies and ensure joined-up interfaces.
• Drive risks and issues to resolution with ownership.
• Own project budgeting, forecasting and variances.
• Create momentum and remove blockers for high-quality outcomes.
