Job summary

• Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/life sciences procurement or commercial management.
• Proven experience with distributors or channel partners in global markets.
• Strong knowledge of GDP requirements and international healthcare supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global procurement and supplier management strategy for distributors and partners.
• Lead strategic sourcing, onboarding, contracting and governance of distributor partners across international markets.
• Establish distributor performance frameworks with KPIs, SLAs and scorecards.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements with distributors ensuring long-term value creation.
• Assess distributor capabilities and performance to improve efficiency, resilience and quality.
• Drive cost optimisation and risk mitigation across the distributor network with stakeholders.
