Job summary

American International Group, Inc. (AIG) is seeking an International Distribution Analyst to advance strategic analytics for global distribution. You will partner with brokers and market leaders, prepare decks and reviews, and develop dashboards to track KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners.
• Understanding of P&C Insurance industry and data needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with national broker & market leaders to provide strategic analytic support.
• Prepare internal and external presentations, decks, and reviews.
• Collaborate with analysts to understand broker relationships and share insights with stakeholders.
• Standardize KPI reporting and build new dashboards using visualization tools.
• Support broker commission analyses and summarize state of national and global agreements.
• Foster accountability, transparency, and collaboration across teams.
• Participate in scheduled trainings and meetings to clarify roles.
