Royal Canin is undergoing a significant Digital Transformation, leveraging Data & Analytics to solve critical problems and drive growth. We are seeking a Director of D&A Product Management to lead our Global End-to-End Supply Chain Data & Analytics agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Royal Canin Global End-To-End Supply Chain Data & Analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and market leaders to identify opportunities, prioritize use-cases, and create business value through analytics products.
• Foster a data-driven culture and evangelize a product-led mindset within Royal Canin.
• Align with transformational programs like EOS, OMP/Planning, and SAP S4/ERP to ensure data needs are met.

Within this team, you will:

• Build relationships across the organization to shape strategic opportunities.
• Act as a change agent to shift from project to product mindset, unlocking value through analytics products.
• Partner with leadership to create global roadmaps and translate business problems into analytics solutions.
• Ensure successful adoption and integration of analytics products into operational decision-making.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Ability to identify stakeholder needs and influence organizational change.
• Experience in leading analytics product development and delivery.
• Strong business acumen and technical knowledge in Data, Analytics, and AI.

Knowledge / Experience:

• Proven success in customer-facing roles with a focus on analytics and business impact.
• Experience in supply chain and operations, preferably in CPG industry.
• Knowledge of systems like SAP, Azure, SQL, PowerBI, and digital twin deployment is advantageous.

Education & Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, STEM, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
• 10-15 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in Data & Analytics and 2 years in CPG.
