Job summary

Informa TechTarget in London is seeking a Director of Content & Publishing Operations to lead our global content operations. You will oversee editing, design, translation, platform usability, and multimedia, setting a three-year plan aligned with our strategic agenda.

You’ll partner with Research, Consulting, Technology, Finance, and Operations leaders to shape processes, governance, and budgets, while building a high-performance, globally distributed team committed to quality and impact.

Qualifications

• Strategic Leadership demonstrated at strategic and operational levels.
• Technical expertise with CMS, analytics tools, and AI solutions.
• Project Management: manage multiple complex initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: navigate matrix orgs and influence senior stakeholders.
• Industry Knowledge: exposure to ICT/regulatory or research processes.
• Operational Excellence: deep knowledge of business processes for high-quality content.
• Communication Skills: excellent presentation, written, and verbal abilities.
• Vendor Management: experience with vendor governance and negotiations.
