Job summary

Clermont seeks a Global Head of Client Accounting to lead a major transformation across the client accounting function, spanning the UK and Mauritius, with a focus on modernising workflows and scalable controls.

The role includes acting as the senior technical accounting authority, guiding complex matters, and partnering with administrators and senior leadership across jurisdictions to ensure high-quality outputs and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Qualified chartered accountant with fiduciary, trust or multi-entity experience.
• Proven leadership of complex transformation and outsourcing projects.
• Experience across multi-jurisdictional structures and international clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major transformation programme for client accounting across UK and offshore teams.
• Redesign operating model and implement scalable workflows with controls.
• Oversee outsourced delivery models in Mauritius and the UK.
• Drive backlog reduction and improve operational effectiveness.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and escalation on complex matters.
• Collaborate with administrators, client-facing teams and senior leaders.
