About the role:
The Global Digital Web Activation Manager – Ostomy plays a critical role in shaping and executing Convatec’s digital strategy for the Osto my portf olio across key global markets. This role is responsible for delivering high-performing campaign pages, optimizing website structure and content, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Acting as a central liaison between global, regional, and local marketing teams, the manager drives efficiency through standardized digital solutions and supports seamless market activation using Convatec-approved platforms.
Key responsibilities in clude leading the web activation roadmap, managing SEO and performance tracking, and representing Ostomy in cross-functional IT forums to advocate for web optimization and technical enhancements.
Your Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Web design and Activation: Design and build global master templates for web pages and web experiences centrally that are then distributed and deployed locally in key markets. Design and deploy pages for campaigns as defined in our Global Marketing Campaign Calendar.
Web Asset Delivery: Collaborate with the Creative and Clinical Marketing teams to create and distribute global master web assets for market localization, supporting translation via SMARTCAT and Convatec web tools.
Activation Tracking: Monitor and report on local activation of global assets and experiences using activation trackers and monthly governance calls.
Lead Generation & Reporting: Track lead generation from web content and work with the analytics manager to build metrics and reporting to identify how we can further optimize conversion.
Customer Experience: Collaborate with Global Centre of Excellence to deliver a Convatec wide project revamping the website and improving the experience. Be the expert in Ostomy to define and drive the development of the relevant patient and healthcare professionals’ journeys on our website.
Experience & Qualifications
Proven 7+ years’ experience in web design, website experience, website management, content editing, ideally in healthcare/pharma businesses
Experience of creating compelling customer-facing digital solutions and brand experience lead generation on a global scale repurposing content
Experience managing processes for lead generation and nurturing
Pharma and/or MedTech knowledge highly desirable
Excellent communication skills (oral and written English) across a variety of stakeholder levels
User experience knowledge and understanding of behaviors for web
High technical literacy, interest in new web development content and lead generation
Working knowledge of Optimizely and HTML coding is highly desirable
Qualifications/Education:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Web Design, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field
Principal Contacts:
Internal: Marketing CoE, Global Marketing Group, IT & Digital Services , Local Sales & Marketing, Finance, local markets
External: Patients, Nurses, Doctors, KOLs
Travel Requirements
Position may involve travel up to 1 0 % of the time . Most trips will include overnight travel .
Languages
Fluency in English both written and verbal
Working Conditions
Convatec operates a Hybrid working policy and you should expect to be in the office in Paddington 2-3 days a week.
