Job Description
Responsible for driving brand awareness, traffic, and revenue growth through the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns, all aligned with broader brand and commercial objectives.
Lead the day-to-day management of external agency relationships, overseeing large-scale budgets and collaborating with internal creative teams to deliver high-performing, on-brand campaigns.
Regularly analyse campaign performance across weekly, monthly, and quarterly periods, translating data into actionable insights and clear recommendations to improve ROI and future planning.
Partner closely with analytics and agency teams to deep-dive into performance, customer behaviour, and channel efficiency, uncovering new audience opportunities and enhancing targeting strategies.
Work cross-functionally to ensure all digital marketing efforts reflect and reinforce the overarching brand vision.
Act as an internal go-to for digital marketing expertise, sharing ideas, mentoring peers, and supporting capability-building across the team.
Contribute to key strategic initiatives alongside the senior leadership team, supporting wider digital growth projects as needed.
