Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking an exceptional Global DevOps Lead with 12-15 years of experience to establish and scale our global DevOps practice across our multi-market technology landscape. You will lead distributed teams globally, drive automation, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Expert-level knowledge of Azure DevOps and Datadog, strong IaC, CI/CD, SRE principles, and executive-level communication are essential.

Qualifications

12-15 years of progressive DevOps leadership experience in complex enterprise environments.
Proven track record establishing DevOps operating models and driving organizational transformation.
Experience leading global, distributed teams and overcoming time-zone challenges.

Responsibilities

Lead global DevOps practice across multi-market technology landscape.
Drive automation, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Establish operating models and influence at executive levels to enable transformational change.
Coach and mentor distributed teams to adopt best practices in DevOps and SRE.
