Job description

Natterbox is seeking a highly driven Global Demand Generation Manager to architect, execute, and optimize scalable demand generation campaigns. With a strategic focus on organic and perpetual digital programs, this role will build innovative, account-based strategies to increase deal sizes and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, leveraging digital tools and growth led strategies to support Natterbox’s evolution.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Global Demand Generation Strategy: Build a comprehensive demand generation strategy that supports Natterbox’s global sales and marketing goals, balancing digital, ABM, and offline approaches for optimal engagement.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts across paid search, social, display, and content syndication, including hands-on campaign management and vendor oversight to maximize ROI.
  • Organic Growth Initiatives: Create and execute organic marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media, to drive brand awareness and engage prospects through relevant, value-driven content.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute targeted ABM campaigns tailored to specific high-value accounts, leveraging insights to personalize outreach and build pipeline for key segments.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that incorporate organic, paid media, digital outreach, content marketing, ABM, and offline events to generate high-quality leads and pipeline growth.
  • Event Marketing: Manage demand generation activities tied to global offline events, including conferences, webinars, and in-person experiences, ensuring alignment with broader demand generation and ABM goals.
  • Sales Alignment: Partner closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality, pipeline targets, and campaign follow-up processes. Maintain open communication to adjust strategies based on feedback and results, particularly for ABM initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Own and allocate the demand generation budget, ensuring maximum return on investment across campaigns, ABM initiatives, and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech industries.
  • Proven expertise in building and scaling digital-first demand generation strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience with ABM, SEO, and digital media buying.
  • Strong ability to align campaigns with evolving sales models, such as PLG and indirect sales.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology, including Pardot, Salesforce, and ABM platforms.
  • Analytical mindset, with a strong capability to optimize performance metrics.
