Job summary

Royal Canin seeks a senior data leader to own the EOS-Digital Core data strategy, aligning data governance, migration, and BAU adoption across the program's digital core. You will partner with Global teams to ensure data excellence and drive value creation.

The role reports to the SVP of EOS Digital Core and requires strong leadership across Mars Global Services and Royal Canin teams. Mars University and a competitive salary are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading data teams and data strategy.
• Experience in transformation programs and cross-functional environments.
• Experience serving on a business leadership team; SAP/Salesforce exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end EOS-Digital Core data strategy across Digital Core and Growth.
• Design data methodology for migration, deployment, and BAU adoption.
• Lead the four EOS data pillars as a single delivery organization.
