Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a Global Data Privacy Manager to join the Legal team in London, with responsibility for global privacy governance and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with senior counsel to manage data privacy programs across multiple regions and business functions.

The role requires in-depth privacy knowledge, experience advising on global laws, and the ability to coordinate cross-border data protection initiatives while supporting a hybrid work model in the UK.

Qualifications

• In-house data privacy experience preferred.
• Experience advising on global data privacy laws.
• Experience reviewing data privacy in commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Build awareness of the company’s global data privacy governance program.
• Provide advice on global data privacy matters across EU, UK, US, and other regions.
• Draft and advise on DPA, data transfer, and DPIA.
• Update privacy policies, consent forms, and training materials.
