We aim to work as Strategic Partners with the business, supporting them in achieving their objectives by leveraging Commercial data and insights to foster data-driven growth.

As we expand our Global Data & Analytics platform and capabilities, we are seeking a talented Data Operations Manager responsible for integrating customer sales force data and deploying BI reporting and tools.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within the Global Business Analytics team by expanding data coverage and rolling out our data & analytics platform. You will oversee the implementation of our internal Sales force data ingestion process, collaborating with data vendors and cross-functional teams globally to enhance data availability for insights-driven decision-making.

The position will enable our business to operate more efficiently with better data and insights. You will be the primary owner of depletions data definitions and the systematic implementation of our analytics platform, including backend systems and visualization tools.

Candidates should have a proven track record in data operations management and analytics, with strong critical thinking, data mining, and Excel skills. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, flexible, and eager to learn, with experience in managing enterprise-level programs across matrix organizations.
