Lenovo is seeking a Cyber Security Program Leader within the Solutions & Services Group to coordinate security strategy and operations across global Lenovo solutions. This senior role acts as a deputy to the security leader and requires broad domain knowledge, incident-management experience, and credibility with executives.

The preferred location is the United Kingdom with up to 20% travel. The role supports security across multiple time zones and will be confirmed as hybrid/office based

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, risk management, or related discipline.
• Substantial experience leading operational cybersecurity programs in complex tech, managed services, or enterprise environments.
• Broad knowledge across security operations, incident management, application security, architecture, infrastructure security, risk & compliance, and secure development.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate strategic and operational cybersecurity programs across SSG, acting as a principal contact for security leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide direction across security operations, incident management, application security, secure development, risk and compliance, cryptography, and security architecture.
• Direct response to cybersecurity incidents and emerging threats with timely risk mitigation.
• Partner with executives, product managers, engineers, and DevOps to embed security into design and delivery of global solutions.
• Harmonize security practices across geographies, industries, and regulatory environments.
• Define and monitor cybersecurity programs, governance, metrics, risks, and executive reporting.
• Advise senior leaders on cybersecurity priorities, investments, and project assurance.
• Promote a strong security culture through communication, mentoring, and collaboration.
