Job summary

Lenovo in Farnborough, United Kingdom, seeks a Cyber Security Compliance Manager to drive NIS2 and CRA compliance across the Solutions & Services Group. You will partner with product teams worldwide to embed secure-by-design principles, manage risk, and ensure regulatory readiness while supporting audits and regulatory engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, governance, risk & compliance (GRC) or related function.
• Strong knowledge of EU cybersecurity regulations (NIS2, CRA) or GDPR/DORA/ISO 27001.
• Proven experience developing or maturing compliance programs for governance and regulatory readiness.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to lead multiple initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across engineering, legal, procurement, and leadership.
• Exceptional communication skills translating technical/regulatory requirements for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, law, computer science, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead NIS2 & CRA compliance readiness through gap assessments and remediation plans.
• Embed CRA requirements into product lifecycle with secure-by-design principles.
• Drive implementation of cybersecurity controls, governance, and supply chain security.
• Manage compliance programs end-to-end with timelines and risk tracking.
• Coordinate across SSG, security, legal, engineering, product, and leadership on compliance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation, policies, and evidence repositories.
• Support audits and regulator inquiries and monitor evolving regulations.
