Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Cyber Incident Manager to lead high-priority cybersecurity incidents in a global Fire Team environment. You will coordinate incident response across technical teams, communicate risks to senior leadership, and produce post-incident reviews to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in Major Incident Management or a comparable leadership role.
• At least three years in cyber operations or strong incident management background.
• Experience communicating clearly under pressure with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate high-priority cybersecurity incidents from identification through closure.
• Facilitate incident bridge calls, driving decisions, priorities and progress.
• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders to resolution, report risks and impact.
• Produce high-quality incident reports and post-incident reviews for improvements.
• Contribute to readiness activities, simulations, and playbooks development.
