Job summary

Maersk is a global leader in logistics and shipper operations seeking a Cyber Incident Manager to lead and coordinate high-priority cyber incidents. You will drive decisions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report on risks and business impact within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in Major Incident or Crisis Management.
• Strong cyber operations background with incident leadership.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.
• Experience in incident reporting and post-incident reviews.
• Familiarity with automation/AI in operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate high-priority cybersecurity incidents from identification through closure.
• Facilitate incident bridge calls, drive decisions, priorities, and progress.
• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders to resolve incidents.
• Report incident status, risks, and business impact to leadership.
• Produce high-quality incident reports and Post Incident Reviews.
• Contribute to readiness activities, simulations, and playbooks.
