Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking a Global Cyber Operations Lead to direct the Global Cyber Defence Operations and act as deputy to the Head of Global Cyber Operations. You will ensure 24x7 monitoring, incident response excellence, and governance across regions.

The role requires a proven track record in running security operations at scale, strong governance, and the ability to influence stakeholders while guiding senior managers through high-pressure cyber incidents.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cyber security operations, including SOC and incident response.
• Ability to drive operational performance using metrics, reporting, and governance.
• Experience managing third-party or outsourced security services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations.
• Strong decision-making skills under high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across Global Cyber Defence Operations, ensuring consistency across regions.
• Own global SOC performance, including service quality and metrics.
• Lead major cyber incident execution with coordination and escalation.
• Establish and maintain operational governance and audit readiness.
• Drive accountability for third-party SOC and MDR providers and performance.
• Lead and develop senior managers to grow capability and succession.
• Improve processes, tooling, and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure ownership and alignment across detection, response, and supporting functions.
• Support the Head of Cyber Operations with strategic insights and execution.
