About the Role:

The Global Cyber Claims Operations Manager will collaborate with the Global Cyber Claims Leader and regional cyber claims teams across North America, Canada, Bermuda, and Liberty International Insurance regions to drive consistency and excellence in cyber claims handling. You will lead projects and initiatives aimed at improving claims reserving accuracy, data integrity, process optimization, and overall claims operational effectiveness.

This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with underwriting, actuarial, risk engineering, vendor management, and data science teams to integrate claims expertise into broader organizational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex projects to design, implement, and monitor improvements in claims processes, data quality, and reserving practices.

• Develop and execute focused audits to ensure claims coding accuracy and adherence to best practices.

• Analyze operational gaps in skills, tools, and workflows; propose and implement targeted solutions.

• Manage resource allocation to ensure the right work is assigned to appropriate teams and control operational expenses within budget.

• Facilitate training sessions and lead change management efforts to support new initiatives and process adoption.

• Maintain controls for and compliance with regulatory requirements, upholding Liberty's values of integrity and customer focus.

• Communicate regularly with senior management and key stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and operational performance.

• Adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements forms part of your role, and the demonstration of behaviours as set out in the Conduct Risk Policy, as they relate to your role, is core to LSM's commitment to our Liberty Values, placing customers at the centre of our business and behaving with integrity. Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of (re)insurance operations management in complex global operating models

• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools to interpret data and drive decision-making.

• Advanced root cause problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in facilitating and leading change in complex, global environments.
