What you can expect

Zoom is looking for a Sales lead with specialised experience in Contact Center and Virtual Agent (AI) sales, to sell our Zoom CX Platform. This role will partner with direct sales account executives to prospect new opportunities and increase sales funnel. This position will be responsible for our Zoom Virtual Agent (AI) and driving ZVA (AI) Sales in a global capacity. This role will be measured by strategic delivery enabling scale and ultimately by the allocated quota target.


About the Team

As a member of the Zoom Customer Experience team you will define the vision, awareness, adoption, and deployment of Zoom Virtual Agent (AI) across Zoom customers. The overarching mission is to help customers re-imagine their customer and employee experiences. The team builds on the global Zoom infrastructure and introducing how customer and employee journeys
are made better when leveraging ZVA (AI) to provide personalised, prescriptive, seamless experience

What we’re looking for

  • Own and build the go to market co-sell strategy (internal Zoom, alliance partner & channel partners)

  • Own and define the strategy and sales/services strategy to deliver against our ZVA (AI) vision across a cross funct

  • Align the ZVA (AI) objectives with the broader Zoom Contact Center Strategy, product roadmap, and revenue goals

  • Identify ZVA (AI) target customer segments, customer personas, and value propositions

  • Own the ZVA (AI) messaging and positioning across channels, partners, etc and define strategies for geographies and verticals

  • Own and monitor the success metrics that are aligned to the broader Zoom Contact Center metrics

  • Meet or exceed sales objectives and quota

  • Qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources
