Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join our Global Customer Support team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be the primary contact for international customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders, managing enquiries, orders, and export documentation while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will collaborate across regions worldwide to support order management, shipping, and trade compliance, contributing to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in global customer support, order management, or international operations.
• Experience supporting customers, distributors, or stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Knowledge of international B2B processes.
• Proven ability to resolve complex customer issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers, distributors, and sales channels.
• Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues through to completion.
• Process and coordinate international orders and deliveries.
• Support shipping, export documentation, and compliance activities.
• Monitor cases and ensure service levels are met.
• Escalate risks and operational issues where appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes.
• Build strong relationships with global customers and stakeholders.
