Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Provide outstanding service to a global customer base
  • Support the order-to-cash process using SAP
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues
  • Analyse order trends and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across service workflows
  • Maintain accurate customer records and KPI tracking

  • Strong background in customer service within manufacturing
  • Experience with SAP
  • Order to Delivery experience
