The impact you will have
Elliptic is seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Customer Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Based in Singapore or London, this role will focus on fostering long-term relationships with our existing customers, and building a vibrant community of advocates who actively recommend Elliptic's solutions to their networks and beyond. In addition, this individual will play a role in supporting key tier 1 regional events working with the global events manager.
Key Responsibilities
What you will do
There is currently no formal structure or active customer marketing, the goal of this role is to create and nurture a community that Elliptic customers and prospects want to be part of, and to be active advocates of. This will enable Elliptic to improve customer retention and grow. This role will scope a structure for, and build and run the customer program aligned with priority customer segments and, identify the tools and channels to create an industry leading program which falls into three broad categories.
Customer retention and engagement
Once a customer has signed with Elliptic, we want to deliver the best ongoing customer experience. This is an opportunity for us to differentiate from the competition. Working with Customer Success this role will understand, where marketing can create touch points to create an exclusive VIP experience.
Customer advocacy & community building:
Working across the business with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Execs to build the Elliptic customer community and an army of customer advocates for the Elliptic brand and our solutions.
Customer Advocacy and building the Elliptic Brand
Working with the wider marketing team this role will help identify those customers who are champions of Elliptic and will advocate to help us build our brand - through ABM (working with the ABM lead), media and other marketing moments.
Regional Field marketing support
APAC Events support: Support the global events lead and work with the regional sales teams to help deliver the local events program. Advise the marketing team on global marketing strategies to ensure they align with regional customer preferences and market dynamics.
