A global beauty business seeks a Global CRM Manager to create a leading CRM program focused on customer integrity and satisfaction. This role involves developing a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance direct consumer relationships and drive customer acquisition. Ideal candidates will have experience in FMCG CRM, with a preference for those with retail or beauty backgrounds.
My client a global beauty business is currently looking to recruit a Global CRM Manager.
You will build an industry-leading CRM programme with a brand that puts integrity, honesty and customer satisfaction at the centre of everything, you are the right fit for this role. You will build the Global CRM strategy to acquire, manage, and leverage direct consumer relationships across the entire customer journey, including establishing the most relevant journeys and the optimal interaction strategies at each interaction point. You will set data, segmentation and database strategies and work with the E-Commerce and IT teams to develop the tools to deliver these strategies in all markets.
To be considered you will have previous experience working in FMCG CRM (Retail a plus, Beauty is a plus). You will have proven success in driving customer acquisition and annual/lifetime value through a CRM strategy that you have implemented. You would ideally have used Klaviyo however not essential.
