Job summary

GSK is seeking a CPO Learning Experience Head to lead a multi-year global capability and skills strategy for the Chief Patient Officer function. The role collaborates with R&D, Commercial and learning teams to translate strategy into role-based learning pathways and enterprise standards.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive portfolio planning, talent development and workforce readiness across Global, Regional and Local Medical and related disciplines.

Qualifications

• Define, own and execute a multi-year global CPO skills and learning strategy.
• Align capability strategy to priorities and workforce needs.
• Partner with Commercial Learning Experience leadership across portfolio and organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise CPO Capability & Skills Strategy and translate strategy into role-based skills and learning pathways.
• Define the enterprise CPO capability framework across Global, Regional and Local Medical, Field Medical and other priority disciplines.
• Establish governance to align capability investments with business planning and drive adoption across markets.
