CTM Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to deliver high-level travel support for clients and suppliers. You will handle bookings across airlines, rail, hotels and other services, and prepare travel documents with precision. A DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Business Travel Consultant.
• Proficient with Sabre; training may be provided for the successful candidates.
• Flexible approach to work and willingness to take on extra tasks.
• High level of professionalism and customer care at all times.
• Strong ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange all aspects of travel and travel-related services (airlines, rail, hotel, car hire, etc.).
• Prepare and issue travel documents and vouchers with accuracy and clarity.
• Process travel requests with minimal delay, ensuring excellent customer service.
