Job summary

IVC Evidensia is recruiting a technically strong tax professional to join the Tax function and manage group tax reporting, compliance, and project work across IFRS reporting and ERP initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with finance teams, external auditors, and cross-border stakeholders.

The role offers broad exposure to corporate tax, including ETR forecasting, transfer pricing, and global tax compliance, with opportunities to drive improvements and implement new tax software

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or tax advisor.
• Several years’ post-qualification, with CPD.
• Experience in practice or industry (or combination).
• Proven track record in corporate tax, including cross-border issues.
• Ability to understand and explain technical issues.
• Strong IT skills with accounting reporting systems.
• Effective communicator across countries and functions.
• Drive for improvements and change; can-do attitude.
• Strong time management; multi-project exposure.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Tax Reporting: prepare Group tax notes for consolidated IFRS reporting; annual financial statements; interim tax accounting; monthly reporting to board.
• ETR/cash taxes forecasting and reporting; uncertain tax positions; coordination with Group Financial Reporting and external auditors.
• Tax Compliance: draft corporate tax notes; assist with tax audits; Pillar II reporting and international tax coordination; global interest restrictions.
• Project Work: support tax process improvements; involvement in transfers pricing and ERP/tax reporting software implementations (Oracle TRCS and SmartView).
