Allspring Global Investments is recruiting a Portfolio Specialist in London to support growth of our global core equity strategies. You will represent the core equity teams in driving new business and client retention, delivering data analysis, content creation, and serving as a key contact across partner functions.

The role focuses on the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East, with a hybrid model requiring in-office presence 4 days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in asset management.
• IMC and CFA beneficial.
• Naturally curious, proactive, independent problem solver with a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• An effective team player with a positive attitude and a can-do mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot).
• A passion for financial markets and the asset management industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive net new business in international markets focusing on UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
• Create standard and ad hoc marketing materials, manage and package data for your product set, and handle RFPs.
• Be the first point of contact for investment-related client queries and deliver regular client reporting.
• Build and retain deep knowledge of our investment products and present them confidently to internal and external audiences.
• Develop strong relationships with distribution partners to become the go-to contact for requests and queries.
• Collaborate with investment analytics and teams to derive insights and position our capabilities.
