Job summary

SIBIE LTD Holding Group is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to take over day-to-day operations from the UK. You will oversee logistics, suppliers, fulfilment teams and drive automation across the group.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead launches into new markets such as the US, cut costs, optimise CAPEX, and build scalable processes while ensuring compliance and a strong operational culture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior-level operations experience.
• Warehouse and fulfilment centre management experience.
• Background in e-commerce operations.
• Pharmaceutical wholesale experience is a strong plus.
• Online pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Strong logistics and supply chain knowledge.
• Automation-focused mindset.
• Strong commercial understanding.
• Stable career history.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the group from the UK.
• Lead logistics, supplier management and fulfilment teams.
• Identify and implement automation to reduce costs.
• Optimise CAPEX and purchasing expenses.
• Report performance and risks to the CEO.
• Lead launches into new markets, including the US.
• Ensure visa sponsorship and flexible work arrangements are supported.
