Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts/Commercial Manager or similar.
• Strong ability to review, draft and negotiate contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate and administer international commercial contracts.
• Draft and maintain standard contracts and documentation.
• Advise on contractual obligations, liabilities and warranties.
• Support sales with contract review and risk management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external lawyers.
• Assist with variations, disputes and payment guarantees.
