Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Contracts Manager for Clinical Supply Services to partner with Business Development, Site Operations and Legal across EMEA and APAC, leading negotiation and execution of customer contracts onsite in Dartford. You will assess risks, ensure compliance with company standards, maintain contract records, and support growth.

Minimum 5 years’ experience negotiating contracts with senior stakeholders; pharma experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience negotiating contracts with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract terms in Europe and the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation and execution of customer contracts across regions.
• Act as strategic partner to Business Development, Site Operations, and Legal teams.
• Assess and mitigate contractual risks while aligning with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and track contract status and progress.
• Liaise with internal and external legal counsel as needed.
