Bodycote is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across its Surface Technology operations in the UK and France. You will combine hands-on improvement delivery with longer-term strategic initiatives, collaborating with site leadership to identify opportunities, eliminate waste and improve productivity, quality and cost performance.

You will lead improvement activities using Lean, Six Sigma and structured problem solving, embedding best practices and coaching

Formación

• Minimum experience in continuous improvement within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality and cost.
• Ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills.
• Relevant degree and Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
• French language is a bonus.
