Confidential, a global supply chain leader, seeks an Adobe Content Lead to govern content across web and mobile within a cloud-native digital foundation anchored in Adobe Experience Cloud. This remote, 12-month engagement starts ASAP and pays a day rate up to £450.

You will establish global content standards, work with product owners, embed content design in discovery and development, and rely on analytics to align content with customer journeys and regional needs.

Qualifications

• Deep content design, UX writing and information architecture expertise.
• Governance across global, multi-market digital platforms.
• Content design embedded in product development lifecycles.
• Reusable standards, terminology, patterns and governance frameworks.
• Influence domain, regional, UX, business and technology teams without authority.

Responsabilités

• Establish global content standards, terminology, design patterns and governance.
• Define content creation, approval, localisation and publishing principles with the relevant business and product owners.
• Embed content design throughout discovery, design, development and validation.
• Support the Communications Product Owner in defining sustainable content governance and operating practices.
• Use analytics, customer insights and support.
