• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage consumer feedback and complaints with timely resolutions.
• Investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Handle claims and reimbursements.
• Analyze feedback to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Support development of consumer engagement strategies.
• Maintain relationships with external contractors.
• Participate in project meetings across departments.
