Job summary

Ebury London is seeking a Senior Manager for Financial Consolidation and FX Risk to lead multi-currency consolidations, CTA accounting and treasury strategies. You’ll oversee complex closes across global entities, hedging portfolios and IFRS-compliant reporting.

Hybrid role with 4 days in office and 1 day remote weekly. The position offers progression, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge fintech finance systems in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in global financial consolidation, FX accounting and treasury management.
• Strong IFRS knowledge (IAS 21, IFRS 9) and experience with multi-currency entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-currency monthly close for international subsidiaries, manage intercompany eliminations and CTA movements.
• Design, implement and monitor FX hedging strategies and accounting under IFRS 9.
• Partner with Treasury to optimize balance sheet and cash flow hedging across derivatives.
• Drive ERP and TMS enhancements to automate FX exposure tracking and valuation.
• Advise on intercompany financing, settlement timing and P&L volatility reduction.
• Prepare executive reporting and updates for board/audit committees.
