Job summary

Bird & Bird in the UK is seeking a proactive Analyst for the Global Business Acceptance team. You will analyse conflicts, client due diligence, financial crime and reputational risk while supporting global queries and cross-border workstreams.

The role offers exposure to multiple workstreams, a clear path for personal and professional development, and a global remit. You’ll join a well-established team within a leading international law firm.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing conflicts of interest or financial crime issues in a professional services or financial firm.
• Ability to elevate issues and collaborate to resolve them.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, with a focus on development.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an approachable mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyse a variety of business acceptance issues daily and propose solutions aligned with policy and commercial aims.
• Support the Global Business Acceptance team with queries outside your remit to ensure global operation.
• Foster inclusion and growth with a consistent focus on high-quality work and commerciality.
• Collaborate with GB A team globally and Risk & Compliance colleagues on a daily basis.
• Pursue learning opportunities and develop technical and non-technical skills relevant to the role.
