Job summary

Ocorian is seeking an experienced risk and compliance professional to support a diverse international client portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Head of the Americas, you will lead CDD/KYC for onboarding, reviews and trigger events, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate records.

You will partner with Compliance, Operations and business teams to manage risk, governance and process improvements, maintain documentation, and contribute to regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in risk, compliance, corporate administration, or a regulated environment.
• Good understanding of AML/CFT requirements, including PEPs and enhanced due diligence processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and follow established procedures.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CDD/KYC processes for client onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger events, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Take ownership of onboarding workflows, proactively identifying and resolving issues to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring all due diligence information is complete and up to date.
• Identify, assess, and elevate potential compliance risks, inconsistencies, and control gaps.
• Partner with Compliance, Operations, and business teams across the Group to support effective risk management and client service delivery.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting, governance initiatives, quality assurance activities, and ongoing process improvements.
