Qualifications

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 1–6 years’ PQE.
• Strong experience in competition law covering merger control, investigations or advisory compliance.
• Familiarity with CMA or European Commission processes and multi-jurisdictional filings advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex competition law matters for cross-border transactions and disputes.
• Develop strategies for merger control approvals and global filings.
• Represent clients in high-stakes investigations and regulatory reviews.
• Assist on competition litigation and advisory matters with a focus on risk and strategy.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver commercial and regulatory solutions.
