Virtual Colleague is seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to lead the growth and engagement of a global online community. The role combines LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, content promotion, and AI-enabled growth activities to drive scalable community development.

You will own initiatives, test new approaches, and collaborate with the team to build a vibrant, inclusive Coffee Club community of global members interested in improving communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
• Proficient in social media and digital marketing.
• Comfortable using AI tools and new technology.
• Excellent research and information-gathering skills.
• Able to work independently with initiative.
