Juicebox in London is hiring a Community & Events Lead to bring the brand to life as we expand into London and broader EMEA. You’ll build relationships with recruiters, talent leaders, VCs, and founders through high-impact events, content, and creative programming.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, customer success, and brand, acting as the face of Juicebox and amplifying stories from top talent teams. 3+ years in related fields and a strong network are prized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community, events, field marketing, or brand with SaaS experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, warm and detail-oriented.
• Experience organizing high-quality B2B conferences and events.
• Ability to build systems from scratch and stay scrappy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-person events (dinners, happy hours, panels, field marketing, offsites).
• Partner with Community Lead to build a customer community in London and across EMEA.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify champions and storytelling opportunities.
• Coordinate logistics, vendors, comms, and promotion for each event.
• Create repeatable playbooks for event and community engagement.
• Track engagement, retention, and brand reach metrics.
